Require challenging curricula at all levels:
 Curriculum coordinator for all levels
Gifted and talented coordinator
(address all G & T students, not just QUEST students)
Accelerated Math teachers at each
elementary school
More accelerated and enriched
programs

Reading - Foreign language in
elementary (Add to PE wheel somehow)
Science - Electives (MS and HS)
More AP and IB
Differentiation
Use data to plan instruction
Appropriate ability grouping, especially
in elementary math and reading

 Vertical alignment and campus alignment of curriculum
 Improve curriculum for basics

 Academic Awards ceremony at the end of year at each campus
 Recognition throughout the year of individual students and teachers
